Michal is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Department, where she advises clients on corporate, securities, and commercial law matters.

As part of her practice, Michal represents public companies in their ongoing operations, provides day-to-day legal advice on corporate governance and regulatory matters, and assists in capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings, equity and debt financing, as well as ongoing reporting obligations to regulatory authorities and investors.
