Ori is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Department.
Ori’s practice covers diverse aspects of commercial law, and he specializes in disputes involving real estate and infrastructure, commercial contracts and tenders, and the representation of clients in administrative law cases.
The variety of topics with which Ori works allows him and his team to provide a full range of legal services to leading real estate and infrastructure companies.
Ori leads the legal representation of his clients before the different courts, including in developer-contractor disputes, handling the eviction of squatters and other rights holders from compounds, disputes about National Outline Plan No. 38 (TAMA 38) agreements, and eviction & redevelopment projects for urban renewal (including handling of recalcitrant tenants), complex contractual issues, and more.
For many years, Ori has also represented public agencies on a gamut of complex issues, with special emphasis on singular disputes involving contractual, administrative, and tender-related matters. Ori has built a strong reputation and experience in these areas, while also establishing significant precedents in the courts.
Ori lectures and holds seminars and continuing education programs in various settings, including on behalf of the Israel Bar Association.

Education

Ori completed his legal studies (LL.B) cum laude at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Class of 1998).

Prior Experience

Prior to his admittance to the Bar, Ori served as parliamentary assistant to MK Avraham Poraz, a former Minister of the Interior, where, among others, he was involved in the drafting of bills and petitions to the High Court of Justice.
