Ram is a partner in the Planning and Building and Administrative Law departments.

Ram has extensive experience in advising, supporting and representing developers and private clients on a variety of planning processes before the different planning bodies and in the courts. Among others, he handles objections, contestations and appeals, claims under Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law, appeals against betterment levy charges, and claims for payment of expropriation compensation.
