Shiran is an associate in the Commercial Department.
Shiran specializes in public and private M&A transactions, corporate and commercial law, high-tech and start-up companies, and venture capital transactions.
As part of her practice, Shiran advises and represents corporations and private clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company formation, and the drafting of commercial agreements.
