EBN represented CSL Group, a global leader in Critical Connectivity and IoT communications solutions, as Israeli counsel, alongside Squire Patton Boggs, in its acquisition of IoTM Solutions, an Israeli company that has developed a cloud-native global eSIM orchestration and connectivity management platform for IoT deployments.
The acquisition strengthens CSL Group’s global IoT offering, enabling customers to manage connected devices seamlessly across multiple operators and countries while supporting the next generation of IoT connectivity.
