Yaara is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Department, specializing in commercial law, high-tech, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
Yaara provides ongoing legal counsel to entrepreneurs and companies, from the stage of incorporation and the establishment of their operations, through the various stages of financing, including fundraising rounds, investments through convertible instruments, and loans.
In this context, she advises and drafts a wide range of commercial agreements, including license, distribution, services, consulting, and cooperation agreements, and also accompanies acquisition and merger transactions.
Yaara also has experience representing various local and international funds and investors, both in transactions involving startup companies and in the industrial sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Yaara worked as an attorney at FWMK – Law Offices from 2019 to 2026, and she is ranked as a Recommended Lawyer by the Legal 500 guide.
