Yael is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Telecom & Media departments.
Yael represents private clients and corporations in a wide range of legal proceedings before all courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation, including international arbitrations. Her practice areas include civil, commercial, and administrative litigation; public tenders law; class actions; derivative actions; and representation in complex media and communications matters.
Yael also heads the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.

Representation of the Ukrainian bank PrivatBank in a claim exceeding NIS 2 billion against its former directors and against Discount Bank.
Representation of class action plaintiffs in two precedent-setting class actions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars against Google and Apple, concerning anti-competitive conduct and excessive pricing in the operation of their app stores.
Representation and ongoing legal counsel for the investigative program “Uvda” across a range of media and defamation-related matters.
Representation in large-scale arbitration proceedings, including representing Israeli investment funds in an arbitration against an international company in a dispute valued at tens of millions of dollars, relating to the sale of shares in an industrial plant.
