Congrats to our client Yahoo (owned by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc.), for entering into a long-term commercial agreement with Taboola, and issuance of 24.99% of Taboola’s share capital.
We are proud to take part in this thrilling transaction and look forward to continuing this journey towards a successful closing which is expected in the first quarter of 2023.
