Client update memorandum disclosure requirements in material events

Last week, the Economic Department of the District Court in Tel Aviv published a decision in a case in which a request for approval of a class action against the “Delek Group” was approved, based on allegations of publishing a partial and misleading disclosure regarding loans the group took. The decision includes several important legal determinations. Attached is a memorandum published by our firm’s capital market and securities department on the subject.
