Our Corporate and M&A team advised F2 Venture Capital on the sale of its stake in Doti AI as part of Salesforce’s acquisition of the company.
This transaction marks a meaningful outcome for F2, which we also represented as the lead investor in Doti AI’s Seed round.
Doti AI developed a secure and unified Organizational Brain that enables real-time access to internal knowledge across enterprise workflows, including within Slack. The acquisition strengthens Salesforce’s AI R&D presence in Israel and enhances its agentic search and knowledge-discovery capabilities.
