Hitachi Ventures participated in Zenity’s $125 million Series C financing round, led by Norwest Venture Partners, alongside new investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and LG Technology Ventures, as well as the company’s existing investors.
Zenity develops an AI Agents Security Platform that enables organizations to monitor, govern and secure AI agents operating across enterprise environments.
EBN represented Hitachi Ventures in the transaction. The team was led by Roy Caner and Amit Horowitz, together with Tal Alon and Lior Roshihutsky Ravid on tax matters.
