Our M&A team, alongside the Privacy and Labor Law teams and our intern, Esti Reshargovitz-Bar, represented Maor Investments in leading the $28 million Series A financing round of OneLayer, which develops SaaS-based solutions for securing private LTE and 5G networks.
OneLayer’s platform integrates with existing IT and OT environments, providing unified visibility and consistent security policies across all connected cellular devices.
The round was Led by Maor Investments, with participation by McRock Capital, Chevron Technology Ventures, and existing investors Viola Ventures, Grove Ventures and others.
