KAP AG, a German publicly-traded company, acquired Haogenplast LTD. from Kibbutz HaOgen and The LAHAV FUND, for approximately NIS 150 million.
Haogenplast Ltd. manufactures advanced PVC sheets for applications in the defense, construction, agriculture, home and industrial design industries.
