A reporter’s suspicions are sufficient grounds for disqualification from a tender

Represented the IAI – Israel Aerospace Industries in a petition filed against it, requesting the revocation of a decision of the IAI’s Tenders Committee not to declare the petitioner as a winner in tenders it participated because of notice before indictment formed against the petitioner and its director by the prosecution authorities.
The district court denied the petition in its entirety, accepted IAI’s claims, and decided that notice before an indictment is a sufficient cause to prevent a participant in a tender from winning the tender, even if its bid is the lowest.
