Erdinast, Ben Nathan continues its expansion as the go to firm for lawyers and clients alike
Events | 2016 Erdinast Ben Nathan & Co. is delighted to announce two groundbreaking additions. Doni Toledano, as head of M&A, and Jonathan Finklestone as head of Project Finance.
Doni Toledano joins with a group of M&A partners and associates, including partners Lior Oren and Dan Sella. Together with EBN’s existing team, the group will comprise 25 lawyers and create one of the largest, most sophisticated and experienced M&A departments in Israel, considerably expanding the pool of corporate transactions and corporate finance experience and enhancing the firm’s reputation in the domestic and international markets. Doni will head the M&A group, working alongside Roy Caner, who will head the High-Tech group, and Yoav Dankner, who will head the Commercial group.
The addition of the renowned Project Finance team into the fold, led by Jonathan Finklestone (together with partners Dr. Tani Zahavi and Guy Kles) which has been consistently ranked in the highest tiers by both international legal directories Chambers Global and Legal 500, brings a wealth of experience which compliments EBN’s existing and renown Energy and Infrastructure department, led by Uri Noy (together with partner Nadav Olgan).
EBN Founding Partners, Giora Erdinast and Rami Ben Nathan, pointed out: “This is a game changer for Israeli law firms. IT continues the impressive period of growth at the firm and is the logical next step to meet client demand and our increased workload. The merger drives our firm across a new frontier in both M&A, Project Finance and Energy and all the other Firm practice areas.”
Doni Toledano added: “I am excited to join forces with Giora, Rami, Roy, Yoav and their teams, as well as the rest of EBN’s lawyers. I have known and respected all of them for years. The partners and lawyers joining me in this merger are the best in the field and this merger was the right choice, creating extraordinary opportunities for us all.”
Jonathan Finklestone said: “Joining forces with EBN is a great opportunity for us. EBN is renowned for its excellent professionals whom we know well and with whom we have worked in the past, and we look forward to contributing to the continued success of the firm.”
The firm will now be known as Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. and will be one of Israel’s largest law firms.
