ITT Acquires Habonim, Leading Provider of Industrial Valves and Actuators, With Annual Sales of $44 Million in 2021
Tene Investment Funds, in the sale of Habonim Industrial Valves & Actuators Ltd., a leading designer, and manufacturer of ball valves and actuation technologies for challenging applications and industries, to ITT Inc., a U.S. public company and a leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions for the energy, transportation, and industrial markets, for US$140 million.
