Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce that our client, 365Scores, has been acquired, in a huge deal, by the British sports betting and gaming giant Entain.
Founded over a decade ago, 365Scores has revolutionized the sports industry with their innovative application that enables their 20 million users to create their own sports channels.
The deal was represented by a team including partners Roy Caner and Viva Gayer , associates Alon Abramovich , Ori Margalit, and interns Elad Amir and Ilan Shternberg , all from our Corporate, M&A and Hi-Tech group, Partner Lior Etgar and associate Danit Yehezkel assisted on the privacy aspects of the transaction, partners Dr. Eran Lempert and Tal Alon assisted on the tax aspects of the transaction and partner Eyal Birenberg, LL.M., LL.B. assisted on the labor aspects of the transaction.
