Representation of XIO Group in a US$250 Million Refinancing Transaction

Our firm represented a private equity firm XIO Group in a refinancing transaction for a total of $250 million.
XIO is the controlling shareholder in Lumenis Ltd., an Israeli medical device company which develops surgical, ophthalmology and aesthetic applications. The company was acquired in 2015.
Advocates Doni Toledano, Dan Sella, Roy Weinberger, Peter Teishev, Noam Amir and Alon Shafrir from our firm represented both XIO Group and the controlled companies.
