Yael is an associate in the Commercial Department.
Yael practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on advising high-tech companies and start-ups, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and venture capital transactions.
Yael provides ongoing legal counsel to companies at various stages of their operations on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting of commercial agreements, corporate governance, and fundraising.
