Where necessary, the Department collaborates with the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Department, which has significant experience in complex and cross-border transactions.

Representative Experience

• Representing Israeli private equity funds in an arbitration against an international corporation concerning the sale of shares in an industrial company, involving a dispute valued at tens of millions of USD.

• Representing PwC Israel in a class action filed against it and the Delek Group, regarding alleged damages to minority unit holders in the context of a merger between two natural gas partnerships that owned the Tamar and Leviathan gas fields.

• Representing Apax Partners, one of Israel’s most significant private equity funds, in a dispute related to the sale of Psagot Investment House to Altshuler Shaham, a deal valued at approximately USD 1 billion.

• Representing the shareholders of Egged Transportation in a dispute with the Keystone investment fund concerning the acquisition of shares in the company.

• Representing Tene Investment Fund in a dispute over alleged breaches of representations following the sale of a company to a foreign corporation.

• Representing the sellers of shares in Talma Travel and Tours Ltd. in a dispute related to contingent consideration, which was agreed upon as part of the transaction.
