• Representing Rami Levy Shivuk Hashikma, Israel’s second-largest retail chain, and its officers in two motions for class action certification alleging misleading information in various financial reports of the company.
• Representing Apex Underwriting, which served as the underwriter in the IPO of a Canadian company, in a motion for class action certification alleging misleading information in the prospectus.
• Representing Klirmark Fund in a claim in an amount of hundreds of millions of NIS filed against the officers of a major construction company, alleging misleading statements in bond offering prospectuses.
• Representing Africa Israel Investments Ltd. in a motion for class action certification alleging misleading information in the company’s financial statements.
• Representing PwC Israel in a class action certification motion alleging that misleading information was included in the financial statements of Clal Biotechnology Industries Ltd.
