• Representing Taavura Holdings Ltd. in an administrative petition concerning a significant public bus tender in Israel, issued by Egged, for the acquisition of hundreds of new buses.

• Representing the Israel Electric Corporation (IEC) in several administrative petitions before administrative courts, including a tender for designing and constructing fire safety systems at the “Orot Rabin” power station in Hadera and another tender related to cross-site oversight across IEC facilities.

• Representing a leading desalination company in two administrative petitions filed with the Jerusalem Administrative Court against the Inter-Ministerial Tender Committee for Seawater Desalination regarding the design, construction, and operation of the Sorek desalination plant, one of the largest facilities of its kind in the world.

• Representing Sano, a leading manufacturer of consumer products, in multiple administrative proceedings involving the supply of goods to governmental entities.

• Representing Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) in several primary administrative petitions concerning large-scale tenders valued at tens of millions of USD.

• Representing Laufer Aviation-GHI, a company specializing in ground services, in various administrative proceedings against the Israel Airports Authority concerning its business operations.

• Representing the Automotive Equipment Vehicle Group in a petition filed against its award in a Ministry of Defense tender for the supply of tow trucks to the IDF.
