Iris is a senior associate in the firm’s energy and infrastructure department.

Iris represents clients in the renewable and conventional energy sector, including representation in transactions and projects, in all transaction and project aspects: purchase agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, supply agreements, land use agreements, financial closings, due diligence, regulation and licensing, PPAs, representing clients in the energy sector in legal proceedings, and representation of clients in energy tenders.
